I am frequent visitor in vellore. I have stayed in other star catagory hotels , but this hotel is awesome. There are lots of things for which my family found this place most friendly , but specially the ever smiling and well behaved staff. Thirumal and Praveen in housekeeping are exceptional. Neat and clean rooms, excellent room services. Front office person is very friendly and cooperation was exceptional. Food is awesome, I think they have the best varieties of food in vellore, as we are from bengal our family is not used to local varieties, but this chef is so good that everytime asked about our taste and recipes and done accordingly with an utmost care. I would prefer people from Northeast should choose this hotel for homely food preparation. Exceptional hotel 🏨 👌.

Very welcoming staff. Reception manager Raj had rung me earlier to confirm time of arrival. He also suggested timings to visit the Golden Temple and arranged a taxi for us. He also kindly went way above expectation and assisted us on the day of departure when we had our bus cancelled the night before rebooked then received multiple confusing texts! He also rang us later to make sure we had got on the bus ok. Breakfast was well catered for all residents. Fruit platter in room on arrival nice touch.

The breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were very accommodative and helpful. We were to check out by 12 noon but since the our train was later in the afternoon, Mr Rajendran at the reception permitted us to stay for an extra couple of hours at no additional cost. A very nice gesture.

Vishnumohan

The breakfast was sumptous with local food being the main focus. Coffee was exceptionally great!! Very enjoyable breakfast setting, everything as you would like it. The Menu was also slightly different for different days. Really enjoyed.

Excellent breakfast that caters to all. That was the highlight of the stay. Very courteous and helpful staff.Good room service. Hope to go back there on my next trip😊
